I grabbed the last Yogi Tea bag. Ginger, in case you’re wondering.

It was oh just one of those days. Emotional spasms. The longings of life burst through in wild bodily convulsions. And I try to get a grip. Of what though? Holding on only creates tension. Release is resolution.

So I ask.

“Universe, Show me what I need to do.”

I tear open the tea bag…

As my tea brewed, I meditated on these words. The Universe speaks to me in more ways than one.

In my intuitive conversation, Spirit reminds me where my Fierce Feminine Faith needs to be. And then the light bulb goes off…

Trumpets Blare.

Angels Sing.

*Epiphany* flashes like neon Vegas lights. *Bling * Bling*

It sinks in… in this moment I am struck by the realization that I have been putting my Certainty, Faith and Trust into situations and areas that are temporal, fleeting, fantastical.

Although it gives me this heightened sense of being, fear remains present. Frustration. Anger. Madness. How can one put their Fierce Faith in places that create static within?

Gently nudging me towards Truth, this little note from Spirit blesses you, blesses me with a ginormous message…

Where there is love, there is no question.

Refocusing my heart… adjusting back and forth like a camera lens, moving my Self closer to Source… sharpness emerges in the viewfinder of my mind’s eye.

Magnifying the Truth. Returning to Love.

2012 is here my friend. Where are you focusing your Fierce Faith?

If lower level energies are showing up for you, then that’s where the focus is.
Here’s what you gotta do to get back on the hanky panky love train:

Take a step back.
Reorient your Soul’s compass towards L O V E.
Move in the direction where the flow is evident.
Heaven is here. The lavish gates are open for you.
Look for that opening. Shimmy on through.
Say yes to where the yes is.

Fierce Faith Focused on Love. Make it your mantra.

Go ahead Goddess, give it all you’ve got.

How To Use Your Emotions To Strengthen Your Intuition

Your emotions are a key gateway into accessing your intuition.

The problem I’ve noticed is that most people are unable to go deep and dive into their emotions. This happens for many reasons such as past traumas, lack of know how, cultural or familial conditioning that it’s not cool to show your emotions and therefore you learn to sweep them under the rug.

And you all know what happens when you keep hiding the dirt under the rug… well you get a big pile of you know what that you have to deal with later. That can get messy.

It’s not always the easiest to begin to get in touch with your emotions, especially if there’s some healing that needs to be done first.

But fret not! In today’s video, I share with you a simple exercise to start being emotionally savvy and learn how to use your emotions to strengthen your intuition power.

After you do the exercise, in the comments below tell me this:

1. What specific emotions are you feeling right now?

2. If any lower level emotions come up, what will you do to nurture yourself today?

Today is a day of divine self expression. In numerology, 11 is a master number. It is the portal into Spirit, the Unity of Oneness. Multiply that by 3, the energy of creativity and you have a day of Creative Power as Spiritual beings having this human experience.

Today is anchored in a vortex for you to receive the infinite possibility, infinite abundance and infinite creativity that is an expression of you. You are Source. You are Divine. You are Spirit.

Know that.

Feel that.

BE that.

My request is that you set a powerful intention for yourself that aligns to your truth. That comes from your own intuitive heart.

Allowing for this intention to fuel your actions, to make manifest what wants to be divinely expressed through you.

11.11.11 is a beautiful bridge between Spirit and Earth. A time for us to ground Source into our presence, our body and to allow for the energies of our dreams, purpose and passions to make manifest and be physically real. It’s here on Earth where you can become that force for conscious change.

Take these simple three steps:

What is your intention and what wants to be divinely expressed through you today?
Breathe your intention into your heart and let it resonate throughout your whole entire being.
Ask for one action step today that allows for you to move into this divine expression, here on Earth.

Know that what wants to be created through you is already created.

And So It Is.
